Note: as well it is possible to arrive or return from Suasi by road, 152 kilometers (97 miles) From Puno and to 103 kilometers from Juliaca Airport (4 hours by car). Part of it is not paved it is all an adventure going by one of the most scenic and unusual landscapes of Titicaca lake. On Cambria we take a rowboat to Suasi (10 minutes) finally we have arrived to this paradise.

Tour description: 2 DAY – SUASI BY FAST BOAT (daily Fixed depart)

Day 01. Puno / Uros reed islands / Taquile / Suasi.

7:00 am. Bus transfer from your hotel to the Puno’s main port or to Casa Andina’s private dock,. By fast boat we visit Uros the Famous reed Floating islands arriving there at 7:45 am. On the hearth of the National Reserve of Lake Titicaca, an extended area of reed banks (Totora reeds), where you will observe artificial reed platforms inhabited by this ancient ethnic group. It is surely one of the most original ways of life on earth. Some people think them artificial and acting for tourists. But in fact they are authentic, their culture is authentic, and the history of why they live amongst the reeds is fascinating, Have the chance to experience a reed boat ride. At 9am. We continue to Taquile Island arriving there at 10:15 am approximately. There we have a cultural encounter with the locals, observation and interpretation of textiles. Then at 12:15pm continue to Suasi island in a 1hour 20 minutes boat ride, traversing the centre of the immense Lake Titicaca. At 13:35 pm. approximately we arrive to Suasi Island and are welcomed by the splendid beauty of the island, there a delicious BBQ waits for us. Accommodation at the exclusive eco lodge and in the afternoon feel free to explore the island and choose some of the different included activities, or just relax and do nothing and observe one of the most beautiful sunsets. Exquisite dinner and overnight.

Day 02. Suasi / Uros / Puno. (Return by boat)

Buffet breakfast and free morning to enjoy the beauty and magic of Titicaca Lake, or continue with some of the included activities. After lunch depart to Puno (or have a box lunch on board ). After 3 hour navigation At 17:30 pm arrival to Puno.
