This is a unique place. A colonial type of hacienda specialized in the breading of South American camelides located on the shores of Titicaca Lake, 9 km. away Puno city, it has various activities to offer for the visitor, like: educational walks to know the breeding of llamas, alpacas and others Andean animals, hikes by a cactus forest and horseback riding. In Chincheros you can enjoy the beauty of The Altiplano landscapes and the exquisite Andean cuisine.

In the morning transfer to the hacienda, there we learn about the breeding process of the South American camelides , and enjoy of the different activities offered in this trip like, hikes to the cactus forest to reach an ancient pre Incan ceremonial site at the top of a hill with great views or horseback rides, have a relaxing morning observing the serene landscapes, our visit finish with a delicious lunch with Andean products, served on a huge rocky table on the outside. Then transfer back to Puno

The Chincheros hacienda is located on the way to the airport and can be reached by taking a shortcut way. This trip can start in the early morning from the airport going to Puno, or about mid day from Puno for lunch and finish in the late afternoon on the way to the airport. It is perfect as a adaption day to altitude, there learn about learn about the breeding process of the South American camelides , and enjoy of the different activities offered in this trip like, hikes to the cactus forest to reach an ancient pre Incan ceremonial site at the top of a hill with great views or horseback rides, have a relaxing time observing the serene landscapes, our visit finish or start with a delicious lunch with Andean products, served on a huge rocky table on the outside.

Transfer to the lake shores Community of Chulluni. Soft Hike along a hillside, the views of the lake and the national reserve of Titicaca Lake are awesome. After 3 hours hike arrival to Chincheros hacienda, where we know about the breeding of Alpacas and llamas (South American camelides). Enjoy the tranquility and optionally we can walk by a cactus forest, do horseback rides around the ranch and finally experience the Andean cuisine. After lunch return to Puno.
